  • I moved from Florida to the Sotelo.....I cannot agree with all the negative reviews. The apartments are beautiful and very spacious. The place is immaculate . They remove your garbage daily for you. Maintenance is fantastic.. Even replace light bulbs and a.c filters!!!!!! Have not experienced any problems with noise on any level. I reside in the Sotelo in a Tempe. .....brand new...gas appliances and fireplace.! Yolanda, Mary and Chris have always been helpful. Negative review people.......if you want to see homeless people ....check out Fort Lauderdale Florida. Person walked up to my car...knocked on my window...offered her a bottle of cold water...she said no I don't like water!!!!!!!!! 1400 square foot apartment is amazing I live in the Jade.
