Seriously, we went to tahiti village to ask some questions about there rooms and pricing and we wanted to look at the biggest suite they offered for a possible mini get together after our upcoming wedding in october.
But, we waited for 20 minutes to even be greeted by a 'bell person' to show us a room...in which they didn't even speak to us and acted rather rude while walking us to the room....( I work in a hotel and the front desk, so I do know what proper hospitality personality you should have with a potential guest who wants to spend money at your property) & might I add the room they showed us was DIRTY...really??!
anyways, property was beautiful (from what i saw)
but will not actually stay here due to poor, poor customer service
