  • My Ashley dining room table was delivered on time. Delivery men made certain it was dusted. So far, so good, right? Wrong. As my husband had the chairs sitting upside down on the table, he noticed a crack in four of them because the screw to hold them was screwed too tightly. Called Ashley and customer service took our name and said chairs would be delivered December 22. Called the 22nd to make sure that was happening. They had no order. Set up delivery date again for December 29. This time we called ahead of time to make sure chairs were getting delivered. Once again, no record of us ever calling. How convenient. Don't trust anything Ashley tells you, if too easy and pleasant, it is untrue. Won't be purchasing anything there again.
