  • I'm extremely forgiving (check out my other reviews--I'm the picture of positivity), but I'm seriously wondering if to-go orders here are filed away in the garbage can. The pho and food are good, the problem is the service. If my order is messed up the first time--ok, it wasn't a great night. Second time--oops--maybe they're training new people? Three times? WTF is happening? Do you hate me? I went to pick up my order after 45 minutes and found out that it had never been submitted. Yikes. You just can't phock with hangry people like that.
