  • Ok call me crazy but I haven't had a bad experience here at all (I'll update if I do). First the apartment is really nice, once I can afford to furnish it the way I like I'll love it. Secondly it's close to a lot of stuff (not "Vegas" stuff but daily necessities stuff). There hasn't been loud neighbors where I live, but that could change i guess, they are in and out of here quite a lot. Re: Staff: WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT! I love the staff I've been here only 2 months they know my name and are super friendly! Maintenance: gets done with in 3-5 days Pests: had a scorpion, called and someone came to spray the next day, no more scorpions. Security and speed bumps: not gonna lie there are a ton of speed bumps, and sometimes I have to wait to get in through the gate. But you know what, they have also opened up the resident/bus gate when they see a LONG line. And WE PAY FOR THIS! I would pay for this service any day over the crap that comes with out 24/7 security. Those men and women are out there all night on their Segways making sure there isn't any funny business goin on! I applaud our overly cautious and detail oriented security. Re: speed bumps, every time I hear about some person/kid getting killed by a car I just remember that those speed bumps are lessening the possibility of that happening here. So why only 4 stars. Rent (rent + water ) went up with in 2 weeks of moving in. It just put a little extra pressure on us that was unexpected. Also the trash area needs to be power washed it sinks. And one big one. They gym equipment sucks. The ellipticals don't work. The treads are sticky (and in they slow down on their own) the weights don't have pins (24hr gyms) and they smell. Almost forgot one more thing.... This is pretty big too bit eagle trace can't do anything to it this, the city has to. The u-turn light is SUPER FAST! Sometimes I have to sit through three of them (aprox 7-10 min), also the fact that there is a u turn. I wish there was a lane that was (no u-turn) and only for eagle trace traffic! But that's a pipe dream I'm sure! All in all I say to the office staff, security staff, maintenance staff! GREAT JOB! To the renters that arnt happy, I don't know what to say I hope things get better for you
