  • I have just moved out of this place and feel a load of stress off of me. At first it was great..i moved in and no problems. Maintaince told me I needed a replcement hotwater heater, the same day they instaled a new one. A few months later new management came along and fired the staff, i noiced rust and junk forming around my tub drain. I cleaned it and told the office and they said to keep cleaning it and it will be fine. Then in less than a week black mold formed on both of my toilits and I kept cleaning that...every few days...the water is realy hard and the grass is usless due to all the dog poo thats only cleaned when they cut the grass every two weeks. Plains are verry loud and sometimes our fellow renters want tk blast music and sing from their balcony to no one in particular. They never gave us a pool key untill a mouth before moving out and they fixed the gates and charged every on 75.00 per clicker. The only key pad is the front gate far from where I live. So as we moved out I had to do things for the army as I was gone my wife was finalizing things they told her we have to be sleeping In our place regardless if we have a new place and our water bill will be over 40.00 (normaly its less than 20.00). What a crock. Then they say of our 250.00 (300.00 is the real amout) deposit we will only get back 70.00 because one of our blinds where broken (true 25.00 on their check list) and our water bill. as my wife was talking to a office personel the manager came out pulled him in side her office and galked to him...he came oit and told us he cant help us, she yelled from her office "if its not in black and white then what they say doesnt matter!" . Cant wait to be done with them and they are lucky I didnt knock her out for disrespectinv my wife! Run!
