  • This is a totally mixed review for this hotel/casino. First of all, the rooms in the newer HRH tower are amazing. Clean, huge, comfy. Bathrooms and shower are also awesome. Since they have remodeled the casino, it's also freshened up the entire place. The food here at HRH is also amazing. For you sushi fans, you can't go wrong with NOBU. Pink Taco will take care of any of your mexican cravings, and Lucky's will solve any 24 hour craving you may have. As far as gambling goes, I have always done well here. Multiple hand pays, and the video poker machines have always paid well. Where this hotel falls short is the way they treat their players. Their players club is an absolute joke, and the hosts are very rude and inconsiderate. They treat their players like total shit. Their comps are a joke and getting anything comped is always a chore unless you've lost 5 figures. For this reason, I will not stay here anymore. Lots of other options closer to the strip and in the middle of everything.
