  • On April 10th I asked Metropolitan Auto Body & Paint (MABP) to give me a quote for repairing my daughter's 2005 Toyota Camry after she was rear ended during her pregnancy! I had received two quotes and wanted a third. The other two came to my location but MABP insisted that they had to bring my car in! I said OK and not one time did they say there would be a charge for the quote or picking up my car! They picked it up late Thursday evening and by that next morning they gave me a quote that was more than two thousand dollars more than the highest of the previous two bids I had received! When I had the winning repair company pick up my car they said that MABP said there were charges which had to be paid before they released the car. They charged me two days of storage, a towing fee, an administrative fee, and a quote fee all totaling $494.80! Warning! Stay away from these people they are crooks and are un-ethical! I will be filling a small claims action and a complaint against them with the BBB! I will not allow them to keep the money's they un-ethically gained from me! Again Do Not Let Them Give You A Quote or get their hands on your car! You'll be Sorry and forget the other reviews they must be from their friends! They are bad news!
