  • While reviewing a plumbing company wasn't a high priority for me, for obvious reasons...I had a plumbing question. Google could only get me half way there. I called up American Plumbing and was greeted by a pleasant man (I don't recall his name, for this story we'll call him Luigi). He answered my question regarding my new home and a bad odor coming from my laundry room. He didn't seek out profit or jump to ordering a plumber to come over. He simply answered my question and made me feel better about the situation. That's some good CS! You the man, Luigi!
