  • If I could give ZERO stars, I would! This place is a JOKE!!! We made a complaint about noise and the upstairs neighbors MOANING over their LOUD music and the ladies at the front desk basically told us "oh well you just have to live with it or pay us 3 months rent to get out of your lease" NOTHING is "luxurious" of this place. They tell you it's "family friendly" but it's NOT! How are you gonna tell me it's family friendly when people around you SLAM doors, swear and smoke weed on their patios etc. HA! Carpet had stains and you can feel the tack strips! So we're constantly stepping on tacks when we walk into the kitchen, the tub knobs are lose, the tub faucet is coming off from the wall.... Walls and ceilings are THIN and you can hear EVERYTHING! I mean.... EVERYTHING!!!! Upstairs neighbors stomp like maniacs too.... So much for "luxury"?! What blows my mind is that the manager I talked to about the noise situation didn't tell me (during our 1hr convo) that she was retiring in 2 days so when I went to followup, NO ONE knew anything!!! so I had to REPEAT myself to the new manager! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! Mind you, we were ONLY HERE FOR 30 DAYS and all of this shit happened. Management and corporate don't want to work with you on breaking the lease AT ALL! Now it's just an UNHAPPY place for us and our 2yr old. Total shit hole! Don't live here! Save your money and rent a townhouse up the street. SERIOUSLY! DO NOT RENT HERE if you have a family.... trust me! Message me if you want to ask questions
