| - Truly a horrible experience buying a car. Lowballed me on the phone, telling me about all the discounts available to get me in the door, (found I wasn't eligible for any), tried to charge me $895 for a non-included spare tire (cost on Amazon $211); car hadn't been delivered to dealer yet, but already had dealer installed options I didn't want, like window tinting (could have had it done myself for 1/4 the cost), paint protection, etc. Went through the good cop/bad cop routine. Only interested in selling the car..........not having me want to buy the car. Bought it, though, as the Kia Soul is a terrific car. 3 months later, made appointment for my complimentary oil change and mentioned when I made appointment there were several minor issues I wanted looked at. Traveled 55 miles to dealer and was told by a very disinterested Service Writer I had to leave car for the day if I wanted anything but an oil change. Hadn't made plans to leave it (wasn't told on the phone I had to), so had oil change done only; remaining issues unresolved. No one seems to be happy to work here and customers seem to be a necessary intrusion, but nothing more.
These folks, from management on down, need to spend a week working at In-And-Out-Burger to learn what customer focused sales and service is all about.
