Looking for a classy brunch spot in Las Vegas? Wanting to avoid the buffets? Bouchon at the Venezia Tower is a wonderful choice!
The quickest way to get there is from the front desk of the Venetian hotel. Go to the right of the check-in counter, take the elevators up to the tenth floor, and walk down a short hallway to the restaurant. We went the long way and meandered through the casino from the Bouchon pick-up only location, so head straight to the front entrance of the Venetian instead.
I've visited Bouchon in two other cities and the pastries are always beyond amazing. For brunch, I ordered the brioche French toast and it was buttery, sugary heaven. So light and fluffy. My friends really enjoyed the smoked salmon Benedict and Croque Madame as well. We were a large group so the first available table was inside and the interior is beautiful with a classic brasserie feel.
Since it's a popular spot, it can take some time for your food to arrive, but they give you delicious baguette and jams to savor in the meantime. I'll definitely be back next time I stay on the Strip.
