  • Nobu was an amazing experience for me. My bf took me here for an anniversary dinner and it was exceptional! We were greeted by the host and she took us to our table. I do know it is Vegas so there were other large parties there which were ready to party so it was a bit loud. It was a little hard to talk without having a lot of background noise. But let's talk about the food. I tried the wagyu tacos which were ant sized but it was nice to try them. The scallops were very tasty but it was such a strong flavor that the more you keep eating it, you grow a little tired and need something else to balance it out. We also tried the yellowtail sashimi which was also good. My favorite dish hands down were the uni scoops in a spoon. Our waiter recommended it and it was to die for! The flavor and art the chef put into that little scoop was worth every single bite.
