  • Although there are very few alternatives, as far as shuttle services go, Arizona Shuttle is actually quite good. Online access is effective and flexible with great customer service algorithms that send out confirmation email, reminder messages and customer service surveys for each trip. The pick up locations are a bit odd and you might find yourself standing out in the rain or in a diner while you wait for your vehicle, but the vehicles always pick up on time and home pick up is available. The drivers are polite, professional and couteous and the vehicles are clean and well maintained. So....why only 2 stars? Organizational, customer service and operational skills of some of the staff at the Pheonix Airport location (most recently on Jan 22, 2015) has left me with such a bad impression of the company that I have decided never to use Arizona Shuttle or recommend their service to anyone else ever again. I am not saying anyone else's experience will be the same as mine...just that poor and very discourteous service has lost one customer. Travel well, stay safe.
