| - Hubby and I arrived about 9:30 hungry for breakfast. Might have been 15-18 patrons at tables, some waiting on their food. We were seated next to the entrance to the kitchen, which is Nikkis section and was told Nikki would be right over to take our order. We watched for 13 minutes the comings and going of waitress with plates of food dashing to hungry patrons, but also noticed a heavy set young female waitress chatting with a male waiter where the other wait staff was busy picking up orders. The chunky female stood there laughing and playing with her hair (gross) chatting up the male waiter, kept looking our way, but never came over. The waitress who seated us, believe her name is Amber, came back by and asked if Nikkie had taken our order. We told her no, that perhaps we would go some place else. She apologized for Nikkies non appearance, took our order, and brought us coffee. Amber went to the kitchen area, placed our order, then she must have said something to Nikki about ignoring us. We were given the 'go to hell look' from the chunky waitress which we found out was Nikki. Nikki brought our food, didn't say one word, placed the plates on the table and left, not I'm sorry for the mix-up, she said nothing, she went back to the kitchen and chatted up with the male waiter all the while playing with her hair. Perhaps I need to make a phone call to the Health Dept, and they could speak to Biscuits Café and Nikki about the importance of keeping your hands out of your hair while waiting tables. Sorry Biscuits, you have failed!
