  • Had an appointment today. Was immediately told I would be charged a fee for previous cancellation. Explained that my work schedule varies and I can't always make it. Been coming here for a while and like it here. But this is ridiculous. Charging their customers these fee's without them knowing. Will not be coming here anymore. You should have this posted in your work for customers.
