  • I was a regular customer but no more. Don't bother making an appointment--they don't honor them apparently. They are more interested in taking every person that walks in the door without an appointment. The last straw was being kept waiting for 35 minutes for my appointment without one apology. Take your business where it's appreciated--Pauline's doesn't really care.
