I purchased an item and returned to exchange it for another color. It was after the 21 days, so I knew that it could only be exchanged and not returned. The following day I decided I wanted another style shirt and returned to exchange it again. The uppity sales person gleefully pointed out that this shirt was "final sale" and could not be returned or exchanged. I did not originally purchase the shirt on sale or clearance. I paid full price. There was no damage to the shirt so the final sale makes no sense to me. I asked why that was not pointed out to me during the exchange and the person just smiled at me and said I don't know. So now I'm stuck with a shirt that I'm not truly happy with. I even said that I would not be shopping here again, and again just got a smile. This particular store cares nothing about customer service or even trying to work something out where the customer and the store could be happy. Avoid this store if customer service and being treated respectfully is important to you.
