I don't do bad reviews in any platform because I try not to waste time and effort with negativity but I want to help. I hope you don't get to experience the same distress.
We've been coming here before and were satisfied with the whole body massage. This time, we were told that the owner changed. Sadly, our experience unfavorably changed as well.
We are not coming back. Warning our friends, too.

UNCOMFORTABLE AMBIENCE
* For the first part, they kept on coming in and out of the room even though the massage already started. I think in one of the instances, they forgot to put the spa music on. In another, one person started the massage and then switched with another person.
Loud conversations and heavy footsteps from the staff were also constant. (In attempt to describe: footsteps sounded like steps coming from a solid pair of wedge heels.)
* During our 1-hour massage time, they were answering calls about 6 to 7 times. During the first half, she even placed her phone on my bed just slightly above my ear. Imagine the destruction when it vibrates.
MASSAGE
* Despite all that, we would have been okay if the massage was great. But it's not.
We requested for a moderate/medium but it was inconsistent, either too light or too hard in different areas.
The massage was not balanced because in some parts, she massages with one hand while using her phone.
Something was also poking me, I'm not sure if it was a ring or her nail.
Also, I don't know if this is common somewhere else but it's our first time to encounter a masseuse/therapist wearing gloves for the foot massage.
FORCED MINIMUM TIP OF $10
* The 1-hour massage was priced at $35 per person. Even in disappointment, we gave a $5-tip for each which they initially accepted. But after few moments, they chased us all the way to our car insisting that the minimum tip is $10.
