  • First impression on the phone was outstanding! Arrival on time....gave me a window of 8-10 AM and was here during that window and was so friendly and explained everything. I woud hire again and am giving them a 10+ for service and customer satisfaction. Louis, the owner was there for the job along with Shaun (hope I spelled that right), and both did a fantastic job, along with cleaning up . It was spotless.....thanks again.... I may just have to try their carpet services next.....You made my day thanks, Kim
