  • Martha in Room Reservations is a gangster! I told her I got transferred to her by mistake, and instead of transferring me away, she said "I can help you, what can I do?" Even though I had 15 questions about something entirely different from rooms, she was able to answer all my questions about Mlife and parking, etc. on top of that she was so nice, professional, and even asked if I needed more information about their steakhouse, and other things they offer. She's full of information, and thank you for it!! I haven't picked a hotel yet, and now I think I've found the winner!
