  • Wow.... And again completely disappointed in Wal-Mart! First two times I bought two 45 dollar Timex watches, first time the needle for time adjustment and date fell out. Brought it back and they would not even touch it, policy. So needing a less expensive watch (in a plumber and avid hiker) I purchased a second like watch (expidition) only this time also purchased the warranty... Same situation with it, took it back... They said call the number... Called the number and was told I would get a bar code to send it in for either repair or replacement. I never received this bar code... Called three more times and still no bar code. Prior to the watches, I bought a battery for my honda goldwing. 5 months later the battery started leaking fluid (acid) down the side of my bike. Brought it back today, and they do not do returns w/o a receipt... Over 50 bucks. I just wanted a replacement. So I left the battery with them and walked out disappointed again.... I would like to say that I will no longer shop here, but that is allot easier said then done. I certainly will not by anything other then did though. That is a promise!
