  • This doctor is more concerned with money than properly treating her patients. I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Schwartz and I unfortunately had to cancel the appointment at the last minute as my infant daughter became very sick, which later I found out turned out to be pneumonia. When I called to cancel the appointment, I spoke directly with Dr. Schwartz and she said there would be no late cancellation fee, given the circumstances. Since then I have not received one statement or invoice regarding a late cancellation fee. Only calls every day for now over two (2) weeks, at the worst possible times, while I am working and often with clients, for $45.00 measly dollars!! Also, threatening to send me to collections for $45.00. Not a good way of doing business!!!
