  • Called my order in at 10:30 am via phone. took 15 mins to place order via phone. Arrived at 11:30 am, food is STILL not ready for pick up. Finally left the store at 12:02pm. Slow Service, and was late to a lunch meeting due to this. Owner needs to hire more people if they can not keep up with the demand of customers.
