| - This was honestly my worst living experience ever. I went into renting an apartment from them, a two bedroom $1,200 a month, with a roommate (which also they are unfair about the rent rate, 3 neighbors of mine all said they had different amounts to pay with same 2 bedroom and sq ft apartment, Brett just wants to snake people out of their money). They told us that there weren't many noise complaints that happen, and that the floors are thick so we wouldn't have issues walking around and getting yelled at by our downstairs neighbors. Well, my roommate had a 5 year old, so this was a major concern, soon enough the first week we are already having problems with he downstairs. We asked to be relocated in order to fix the problem and Brett said he would work on it. NEVER did. 4 months go by and we are having problems. The community is also a lot of "older" people and is NOT family friendly. Also if you have a problem with your apartment, appliances (oven in my case), or anything of the sort, do not expect to see someone their helping until a couple weeks go by. Also, when i first moved in, I noticed that the little metal strip on the bottom of the balcony door kept rubbing against my carpet, making it dirty, I brought this to their attention, and they said they could not fix it in any way, so it came to a point I would stop going out their in order to save the carpet right there from getting ruined, well when I moved out, I got a bill for $1,000 because I "ruined" the carpet! Hated living in this place. Emily was really good, but Brett the manager was just horrible. Cant express it enough.
