  • Recently they changed to a new way to pay rent by just downloading an app but just like everything else that this crap hole does its half assed. The rent is never accurate on the app and it always says rents less than it is. Recently my rent was 1100 and the app showed 500 and every-time i try to call the idiots in the office they never answer, and i know they are probably busy but when i walk in the office while calling them they just look at the phone and then go back to facebook on their personal phones. I didn't think this place could get any worse but they proved me wrong. I hate this crappy apartments but i have no other options till i can save enough to buy a house. This place gets worse every year but the rent continues to go up by 100 each year.
