  • I typically wouldn't write a review, but I had to after my experience today. I am a Starbucks partner and love what I do and making a customers day by handing them a hand crafted beverage. Today I went through the drive thru at this location and got two venti shaken teas, one white and one green. Now because I am a partner I know how these are made, but when I saw the barista not shake either of my teas in the "tea shaker" and simply just swirl the cup around to stir up my tea I was extremely annoyed. I had just finished up a two day move to a new apartment and just wanted a little something to quench my thirst, to which I got the complete opposite because it wasn't made correctly. Now imagine how a day to day customer would feel knowing that they paid for a shaken tea to have it just swirled in a cup.
