  • I really love the World Market brand, but this store just doesn't make the cut. They have all the great products that World Market carries, but the staff and store lack the usual quality that I find at other World Market stores. The most frustrating thing that I've found at this store is the unmarked items. They recently had a sale on "all pumpkin products," but after browsing the pumpkin pancakes and pumpkin soup mix, I gave up on trying to guess the price. I also found another section with a lot of missing price tags/labels. Not cool. The second thing that grinds my gears is that they've started putting out coffee for the holidays (or maybe just because) during busy times. Twice in a row I've visited to find all 3 coffee pots empty. One of those times, I notified one of their team members, and he simply removed the coffee pots from the front of the store. I guess "early bird gets the worm" when you shop here. Otherwise, I still enjoy shopping at World Market and this store is the only one in Madison.
