  • Maybe today's visit to El Encanto was just an off day, but a couple of things marred the visit. First, the main course was almost hot, but it would be better to describe it as very warm. It cooled off to barely warm by the time it was halfway eaten. The plate was very hot, but the food was only warm. Second, our waitress didn't show up very often to see how we were doing. We had to wait several minutes to get a drink refresh. Disappointed.
