  • ZERO!! Not 1 Star. My AC stopped working a couple weeks ago and we had to get a hotel room Dow the street. Yes we called the emergency number and it wasn't working. While they were fixing the AC I showed the Mgr and repair man my phone as I called the emergency number and we all heard the number was disconnected. The temperature outside was 107 so you can imagine what my apartment was at. We threw everything in the frig and had to get hotel room. I'm a disabled Vet on a fixed income. I gave the hotel bill to Danielle "the Mgr". Now two weeks later and my inquires about reimbursement Danielle calls to tell me they will not pay for Hotel room. She's a liar and told her that. 6 months here and this what you need to consider. This place is old. Built over 25 years ago and everything indicates this. Mold, bad oders and you can't walk on the side walks becuase of rotting fruit. They cut a lot of corners here and you won't be happy. If you have no problems the office staff are your best friends. Giant size Cock Roaches. Fitness room is too hot. Think about this, if they will screw a disabled Veteran the who else?
