This appears to be some kind of subsidized temporary housing for refugees? The halls, staircases are mobbed with adults and children, the breakfast is a zoo like atmosphere where the guests will literally push right past you to grab anything on the buffet table and signs are only posted in Arabic. Guests are drying their clothes on chairs outside their rooms.
I feel for these folks, but I'm here on business, so want expecting the chaotic environment. Wish I could switch hotels but too late this trip.
