This Dealership is all about "High Pressure" sales. I made the mistake of letting the Salesman take the keys to my Lease return while we were looking at vehicles. After selecting a vehicle we liked I asked for my car keys so we could get a quick meal and return. The Salesman kept leaving us for long periods of time with no explanation. I had asked for my car keys 3 times, the Salesman would not return them. I am fortunate enough to have a suppliers discount for GM vehicles. The price is pretty much pre determined and there isn't a lot of haggling. My mistake was trusting the Salesman and mysterious Sales Manager (who was located in some other part of the building) and I didn't ask to see the vehicle invoice which is a standard when purchasing with a GMS discount. We closed the deal after 4 hours of grueling waiting without explanation. I left feeling sick to my stomach and felt something wasn't right. Once I arrived home it was around 9:45 PM. I looked the vehicle up on the Dealership website using the VIN. To my disappointment I discovered I had paid list price for the vehicle! They remove the original sticker that should be displayed on the vehicle. Luckily the Finance Manager had left me his card with his home telephone number. I telephoned him and advised that I had discovered I had been taken on the price of the vehicle. Also I asked that he not run the deal through until I could return to the Dealership the next morning and speak with the sales Manager. He informed me that Arizona did not have a right of recision law and they could hold me to the paperwork I had signed. I again asked him to not run the deal or I would have to seek legal counsel. The following morning I returned and asked for the Sales Manager. I asked him for a copy of the invoice, then produced the paperwork from the deal made the night before. I told him I didn't appreciate the way my wife and I had been treated, not even allowed to go to a nearby fast food establishment or any other accommodation besides bottled water. The Sales Manager did become apologetic after I mentioned that I was ready to contact the zone offices. All said and done the Sales Manager did make it right, the price was reduced by over $2500.00. Then after taking delivery I was badgered within 30 days about returning to trade for a 2014 model. I informed this new salesman that I didn't even have 500 miles on the vehicle. I told him when I was ready to trade again I might consider Van Chevrolet. The calls came at two week intervals over the next 18 months. Each time I would inform the caller to not bother me again and to remove my number from their call list. Finally about 3 weeks prior to moving from the Scottsdale Area I again talked to a Secretary who assured me our names would be removed from their call lists. I told her it was a waste of time for the Salespeople because I wouldn't even consider buying parts from their Dealership after the treatment I had experienced there. The calls started again so I tried one more time to get them to remove my name from their call lists. So far, the calls have stopped after over two years. If I could give a negative 2 stars I would. This Dealership and the Sales Staff are not to be trusted. I have bought over 18 new vehicles over the years and have never experienced anything like the tactics used by the Dealership. Not to be trusted! Buyer Beware!!!
