Horrible customer service, especially in the service department. I bought a brand new 2016 Chrysler, the check engine light came on at 5500 miles, which is already outrageous. I made an appointment, brought my car in, it took them 2 1/2 days to even look at the car, which then they determined that the part my car needed was on back order and would take weeks to get. Chrysler corporate got involved and expedited the part for me (which still took a week). HOWEVER, the part finally came in and the service department put it in someone elses car! Now they dont know when a new part will be in. I cant even believe that they would be so uncaring and so down right unprofessional.
