It would be nice if management (Dan) wouldn't charge people for games that they clearly couldn't play. They now close (2 hours) earlier than listed online and they didn't bother to tell us (or several other groups of people) that they were closing in an hour even though we were purchasing multiple games for a group of 6 people (or suggest that we should play on two lanes rather than one). They didn't offer a refund or offer to let us finish out the game in progress. Rather, they just powered down the lanes in the middle of a frame.
