  • Absolutely the worst property management company I've ever dealt with. They know nothing about the properties they manage, and are very rude when having to do anything up and beyond what is doable with minimal effort. Lack communication between HOA repeatedly. Very difficult to work with in every level. If I could freely them, and hire a new company, I would...in a second
