  • In all fairness I can't speak to Ray's abilities since he never got around to working on my car. I dropped my car off at 9:30 in the morning and was told that it would be done in a couple of hours, and that I would be called when it was done or if more work was required. When I had not received a call by 4:30 that afternoon, I went back to the shop and discovered that my car had not been touched. Ray said it would be done by the end of the day, even though he had not even started to find out what was wrong. Given his earlier broken promise, I did not believe him. What is worse is that this place was occupied by the sketchiest bunch of people I have ever seen. I chose not to leave my car because of the broken promise, but also that I was concerned about the people that were hanging around. So, while Ray may be great at what he does, if he never does it you will never know and more importantly the folks hanging around the shop don't instill any confidence that your car will be there or in once piece when you get back.
