  • I normally don't shop in stores on Black Friday, but I saw a pair of boots I loved so I decided to go late Friday night. The shoe department was a disaster, but that's expected after several hundred people scatter footwear all day long. I found my boots and shopped several other deals I didn't expect to find. I didn't check out until 11pm, and met the nicest sales person, Ashley. She was very patient for having endured the craziest shopping day of the year. Ashley was very professional and kind and made my Black Friday experience a pleasant one -something I never thought possible. Way to go Kohls for hiring so well, and way to go Ashley for being awesome:)
