I don't know his name but the gentleman on Tuesday night (April 2, 2018) provided us with quality customer service. On Tuesday night, we used the valet service and went up to our room. He called my room and politely asked if I had the car key because the push-button-start car turned off. After checking, I had it. I apologized profusely for the inconvenience and explained that I was tired. He was so polite about it and told me not to worry about it. He actually sent someone to my room on the 24th floor or so. This was so helpful because my husband was asleep, my 6 yr old was and I were falling asleep. If he didn't do this, I would have to carry her down to the lobby. The way he handled the situation was above and beyond my expectations, so the experience really stood out and made our stay much more enjoyable. We were well taken care of. He was the same gentleman that checked us in on Tues afternoon (4-2-18) and was friendly and detailed about the hotel amenities.
