  • The doctors great. The staff are ignorant. Change that to the doctors (at least one of them) are ignorant also. I asked for script to have lab work. Thought I'd save myself a trip to my primary. Waited and waited in lobby before finally asking for script, getting the run around and then finally received it. Never got around to getting my blood drawn and as I was seeing my primary soon I wasn't worried. Got a nasty letter in the mail saying that since I never went to the lab I would be dropped as a patient. The doctor I had originally been seeing moved away. I'm sorry she left as the group isn't the same without her.
