I have worked with Liz for the past several years. I try things on my own, and I always come back to her. Liz is amazing. Her workouts are top notch and I love her guide and cookbook! All of her recipes are original and really taste good - none of that "chicken and green veggie at every meal" plan most trainers try. Instead, her style, workouts, and recipes are fun and unique.
