  • I've had State Farm off and on for the past 13 years and I have to be honest, after trying out different companies, the customer service just does not compare. State Farm, especially Joy Estes' office is prompt in regards to response time, competitively priced and far more enjoyable to deal with than any other company. I would choose them over every other company without question and I recommend them to all of my family and friends.
