  • I am selling my home and during the inspection it was noted my living room window was cracked at the top. I didn't know and I was referred by my realtor to use Kellys Glass. I measured the window and called and got a phone quote on a Thursday. I agreed with the price and setup and appointment for Monday 10-1pm their earliest available. I also asked for a call ahead and she said they would call me 30 mins prior. I sat home from work and at 1:15pm when I called to see where the technician was the office girl told me that the technician had already told her that he came to my home and I didn't answer and he called my phone and I didn't answer. They never called or came to my home. What a waste of my time and money for taking off work. I told her the tech was lying. She said that's what he had told her. So I told her I would find someone else and hung up. About 3 hours later she called back and apologized and said she spoke with her boss and they could offer me 50% off the materials if I still wanted to use them. I told her no. Fool me once shame on you! I'm still wondering how they could offer 50% off material wow they're marking up their materials that much? Yeah I'd stay away.
