  • Kenneth Chung was great to work with! We were on our way to place a deposit on another home but decided to stop by American West to quickly check it out before our flight was leaving back to LA. We only had about an hour left and Kenneth was able to show us 3 homes, one of which we fell in love with! We rushed back to sign paperwork and made it to the airport right in time. Throughout the loan process, Kenneth stayed on top of everything, checking in to make sure everything was okay and we were able to close in a short couple of weeks. This vacation home is perfect for us in a nice neighborhood and when we got the keys, Kenneth even stopped by with a bottle of Champagne to congratulate us. We look forward to working with him again soon!
