  • Dropped off three pairs of women's shoes and I was told they would be done Friday. $45 to replace a high heeled shoe, some one pair and put tips on another. Kinda high considering other places charge $8 for a polish. When I returned Friday and provided my ticket the owner asked it I could identify the shoes. What's the point of having a ticket if he can't find them. They weren't done and he was scrambling to do a quick polish on one pair by using spray paint. He tried to give them back without putting in the new tips I paid for. He asked me to come back later as he wasn't finished. Disappointing because I don't live close by.
