  • I've been going to this USPS facility for a while since its close to my home. I had a two day priority package that was suppose to arrive today but unfortunately it didn't . I called the facility to ask if they still deliver packages after they close at 5:30. A women named "Coy" answered the phone but barley understood English. I kept asking her the same question over and over and her answer was "we can't until they scan it" "Coy" said it with an attitude and mumbled "Not even if Jesus was here" I don't understand why she would bring Jesus to a simple question. I asked her to repeat what she said but then put me on hold and finally got my question answered by a supervisor named Ken. If you call to ask a question and a women named koy ask to talk to a different employee or you will waste time on the phone talking to someone who doesn't understand English.
