I'm in the process of asking for a refund, which appears to take as long as everything else to do with this company. Our tech Mike cancelled on us four times, always at the last minute, and eventually decided he couldn't do it because he didn't have the right equipment. He then made the keen observation that it would cost us a lot extra to have another company come out that day. You don't say?! There was also the super classic text conversation with him (when he tried to cancel for the wrong date) in which he asked me who I was ABOUT 10 MINUTES AFTER I TOLD HIM THE FIRST TIME!!
