  • This place is unbelievably unprofessional. I've had numerous experiences that was ALL horrible. First, I had an appt for the morning (around 10am) I was called at 9 and asked if I could come in at 1pm. I agreed. At 11am they called me berating me about being so late. When I tried to explain to the rude lady that I was asked to come in later she accused me of lying. I replied with yinz gotta get your sh** together. Second time (now don't judge me I live on the same street so it's convenient and the doctor is nice it's the front of the house that has no customer service or common sense) I chipped my tooth and need to be seen sooner than later. When I called the lady wanted to remind me of my last experience and how I was no longer a patient there. After explaining what happened, Jawana told me to come now, unfortunately yesterday was a steeler game and I stayed at a buddy's house on the other side of the city. Not that this information is any of their business but I tell them it would take me about 30'min to get there. she continues to say "you live three doors down why can't you come now" Like woah! I am 32 years old, and definitely not your child. Who are you to question me? I hope the doctor reads this, Bc she is actually excellent, her staff however are VERY RUDE. So if you can deal with inconsistencies, being blamed for incorrect information or scheduled times- this is the place for you.
