  • Came to Earnhardt after being completely suckered by those shysters over at Showcase Honda (see my review http://www.yelp.com/biz/showcase-honda-phoenix#hrid:QReORCTvzXvHNSTzatMmtg for the details). I got a good deal through USAA Auto Circle, and called up their internet manager, Kevin Warner, to make sure they had the colors/options that I wanted. He stated that they did, promptly agreed to the USAA price, and said they would make the deal quick whenever I could come in. By the time I drove in from central Phx, the car was already detailed and waiting for me. Unfortunately, the entire process after that was very lengthy (waiting to get into the little office, etc), and we waited around almost 2 hours before finally signing the paperwork (hence, no 5 stars). Overall, I would definitely do business with Earnhardt again, just maybe pick a day when it wasn't so packed.
