  • Just read the reply by Ella and boy is she a liar. I've never stepped foot inside your storefront and I definitely didn't have children with me, I DONT even have kids. All of the interactions I've had with this company were via PHONE so nice try passing the blame on someone else's kids. You clearly just showed your lack of professionalism and tried to blame someone's kids for a negative Yelp review yet you were probably the ignorant twit I spoke to on the phone.
