Strange that this doesn't seem to be run by filipinos? The waiters and someone who looked like an owner were not filipino.
The food was decent but not as good as the food I'm used to back home. The lechon kawali was the best dish of them all, surprisingly. It was crispy and not too fatty.
The chicken inasal was quite plain. The bbq skewers were good, but not the best.
It's nice that the dishes come with white rice and a side of plain pancit.
Overall, it was an average experience. I'm sad there aren't more filipino restaurants in the phoenix area.
